On Sunday we decided to jump off a 50ft cliff for a giggle.

We went to Adrenaline Quarry near Liskeard to ride The Zip. It’s the UK’s biggest zip line at 490 metres long and 50 metres high and you can expect to fly down it at speeds ranging from 20-40 mph (depending on wind).

Having watched many children go on it first, I eventually plucked up the courage to have a go. Bunny then pipes up, “I want to go too mummy!”. We were stunned as usually this sort of thing terrifies her.

So Bunny and I went together and she loved it so much, she went again with Daddy! (Which you can watch here…)

I loved it too. It was exhilarating and the view was breathtaking.

Afterwards, we chilled out on the grass at the bottom and Bunny and I went swimming in the Quarry.

It was an awesome day. So nice to do something different and a bit daring.
