A few years ago, I wasn't always the kindest of people. I'd take differences of opinion too far. I'd make sure I always won arguements. I'd judge people who did things differently to me. I didn't feel good about myself. So two years ago I set myself a new years resolution to stop all that. To be a nicer person. I'm pleased to say I stuck to that resolution and I still do. I greet people and experiences with an open mind. It saddens me now when I see people like I used to be. Hostile, bitter, holding grudges and making judgements. I've also come across a lot of people who contradict themselves constantly, as though they are lost or trying to feign confidence.
