Over the past few months, I’ve had the great privilege of testing a great many fantastic products, for the children, the home, and myself.

At the same time, I’ve been busy being nuked with radiation, having surgery, training for Race For Life and spending every second possible with my children and husband. This means that I’ve not had much time for blogging or writing reviews.

Therefore, there is likely to be a lot of reviews up on my blog over the next few weeks. Whilst they wont be as few and far between as normal, they will still be packed with personality. All words and opinions in my product reviews, are honest and my own and I try to make them as fun and interesting as possible. I also try to balance each review, with at least one personal post.

So please bear with me while I get these reviews into the ether. Even if product reviews don’t take your fancy, in amongst them, you can expect to see…

Cute pictures of my sprogs,
The odd video,
Me in a bra!

Surely that last one is worth hanging around for?!

Thankyou all so much for your support and comments recently, and especially to my subscribers! (You can subscribe for free by putting your email in the box on the top right!)

Much love to all my readers. xx

Em, have been asked by a PR to do reviews… given the chance to do this, would you recommend? After advice as I almost feel like I’ll be selling my blog soul to the devil??? x

I quite like doing reviews, but they do take time. So weigh up whether the product is worth the time taken to write the review.

      For example:
A £2 lipbalm wouldn’t be worth a half hour write up.
A £300 pushchair, would take hours to test, photo, video and write about, but would be well worth the time.

It’s important to inject personality into reviews and keep your “blog voice”, so if you don’t feel comfortable doing it, then don’t. You could always do one review and see how you feel after.

Always decline reviews you don’t fancy doing. It’s your blog. Xx
