You may have noticed that I have neglected my poor blog for a WEEK! A whole week. This is very unlike me, but I was having a fabulous holiday at Coombe Mill, then my phone got broken and I've been busy having family time since I got back too! Today we are also decorating (I'll post on that later) and I have a head so full of goals and motivation and life, that I've not had time to go near a laptop!
I needed that holiday more than I can put into words. We all did. And when looking for a Thankyou card for Nick and Fiona (owners of Coombe Mill), I found one which had the words which summed up exactly how I feel post-holiday.
It comes from a poem written by Anne Bronte, but these are the words which I loved:
My soul is awakened,
my spirit is soaring,
and carried aloft on the wings of the breeze...

Hi lovely, I’ve linked up with an old post about bedtime routines, done to the tune of Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. Your quote is really positive and made me feel uplifted reading it x
