Happy Valentines Day to you all for tomorrow!
I already posted a poem this week, which I do not want to take any attention away from. Twinkle Twinkle Matilda Mae in memory of Jennie from Edspire‘s beautiful baby girl.
So for Wednesday Words, in the spirit of Valentines, I want to share with you my favourite Love quote of all time. When I was fifteen I took a paintbrush and some metallic silver paint and painted this in big scripted letters across my bedroom wall. Everyone who came into my room admired it!
It actually belongs to a poem, but is most famous for being a quote. I find the poem quite depressing, but the quote on it’s own is so romantic.
“For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.”
– Judy Garland (taken from “my love is lost”).
